My vacation

My vacation has started. Although it actually began yesterday I had done the night shift the night before so I slept away a large part of yesterday. So this is my first day without any work related side effects whatsoever.

There is however on problem, I’m bored. I got nothing to do. It’s raining outside and we don’t have to clean up the apartment before Saturday. N:s apartment are going for sale so it will be shown on Monday.

But we will walk the dogs as soon as it stops raining, at least a little bit…

  1. It's been pouring rain here, too.....happy summer! ;-)

Remind me.....Nina is your fiance's name?! So you will move into your apartment.....tell me about your wonderful soon-to-be wife. Did you choose a wedding date already?

Listenning to Alisson Krauss right now: "When you say nothing at all" LOVE that song. SO romantic.

  2. The day we had our engagement party (last Sunday) the sun was shining =). But then it started raining again.

Nina is my fiance yes =). Well it's not sold yet so we hope we can hold on to her apartment until we have moved in to our house. Otherwise we have to move all the stuff to my apartment and then a few weeks later to the house. No wedding date yet, probably not next year, maybe in 2009 =).

We seriously need a wedding planner, we are both a bit too independent to plan and and do all the things according to schedule together =).

Well, I'm not real good int describing someone in a few lines =). But I like her and we want the same things in life. Other than that keep on reading my blog =)

I admit I'm lazy when it comes to music, I listen to the radio. A few years back I downloaded all these MP3s and made playlists according to different moods and everything. But love songs always works =)

  3. Right, you bought a red house with the white trim! VERY wonderful!!! I hope the dates line up so you don't have to move Nina's things twice....that's just too much work!
Planning the wedding is FUN! Remember that: IT IS FUN!!!!!! And probably a good exercise in compromise and teamwork and all that! ;-)
Ahhhhh, to be planning a wedding and at the start of married life. Savour it. Really savour it!!!! Shawn and I are going on 13 years married this November! WOW...don't feel old enough to be married that long with four kids, but apparently, we are! ;-)
